“What’s a home without a nice comfy bed?”

A good night’s rest is one of the most important things I need to help me conquer the next day with enthusiasm and positivity.  And while I can’t always have the luxury of getting an uninterrupted, consistent, cozy, nightmare-free minimum of 8 hours sleep each night, a good comfy bed sure can make a 4 hour night sleep feel like I’ve gotten 8 (well most of the time :P )
When Adam and I first moved here we did not have a bed and we had to sleep on the floor, which I do not recommend.  I think a day later we got a mattress and then a few days after that we got our lovely frame.  Per Adam’s request and mine too, I am sharing to you all the evolution of our bed, in pictures.
Hope you all have more good nights of sound sleeping than restless nights with too many interruptions such as crying children, nocturnal pets or bad dreams.
Sweet Dreams!

We arrived at our town home before our stuff did... so we got to sleep on the floor. Our pillows were made of our clothes from our luggage and the blanket we got from Wal-mart.  It was like camping, sort of

We used shirts from our luggage as pillow cases because the moving van still hadn't arrived.  Also we used our actual suitcases as night stands
We were lucky to get a discount on our Tempur-pedic pillows, great neck and head support

The Bed is a King Size Pillow Top Mattress

Our lovely frame, has a curve to it!  It makes the bed look huge!  We literally get to "climb" into bed every night :)  It made Adam a happy camper, because he loves beds that you need a step ladder to get onto :P

Our complete bed, with our winter bedding, we felt like royalty :)
